you in the installation of your SONAbeam Products. They will assist
you with your SONAbeam system planning, installation, configuration
and software application concerns.
fSONA recognizes your commitment to getting the most from your fSONA products.
For this reason, fSONA has developed a maintenance program that ensures you
will receive both the latest versions of fSONA documentation, software, and
access to a variety of technical assistance.
Renewing a Maintenance Contract
Your current extended warranty maintenance contract automatically renews at
the end of its term. Please let fSONA Customer Service know if there is an
alternative end date that you prefer, for budgeting or other reasons.
fSONA's philosophy on training is considered critical to successful SONAbeam
installations. fSONA provides training courses on a fee-per-student basis
for customers who deploy or use fSONA products.
